One of EIGEL’s consultants/Trainor, Alan De Guzman Fabella graduated with a Diploma of Technology, Major in Electronics Technology. He is currently a Freelance Management System Consultant/ Trainor. His line of specialization leans towards performing management system consultancy and technical support on the international Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Furthermore, the training he conducts is training related to Quality/Environmental/Occupational Safety and Health.

During his professional experience, he managed to be a Certificated Trainer for Vishay Asia-Pacific People Development Institute, Certificated ISO/TS 16949:2009 Internal Auditor, and Certificated VDA 6.1 Internal Auditor. Moreover, he trained the Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader, was appointed as Area Shift Evacuation Team Leader of Vishay Emergency Response Team, and as EHSMS Area Representative.

With the help of Alan De Guzman Fabella’s Consultancy services, clients such as Cabiao Water District – Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, JRBuilders (a triple-A construction company) Makati City, Guimba Water District – Guimba, Nueva Ecija, Licab Water District – Licab, Nueva Ecija, Gen. Tinio Water District – Gen. Tinio, Nueva Ecija, and 15 other companies have been certified in line with the ISO 9001:2015 standards and several others in line with other standards such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007.

Most of the consultancy projects he conducted lean towards maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification of companies and providing technical support in preparation for the companies’ Integrated Management Systems (IMS) certification, ISO 9001:2015 certification, ISO 14001:2015 certification, and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification. His training regarding ISO 9001:2015 consists of giving ISO 9001:2015 awareness, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action. Due to all his aforementioned services and experiences, companies achieved and/or maintained their certification that helped boost the companies.
