Legilyn Concepcion C. De Asis graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. She earned 15 units in Master of Science in Chemistry at De la Salle University and 12 units in Master’s in Management Engineering at University of Santo Tomas. Furthermore, she is also a graduate of San Sebastian College with a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Her skills and expertise branches from her experience in being a Technical Staff Engineer at the General Textile, Inc. at Libis Quezon City in June 1994 where she was assigned as Laboratory Analyst with a Korean consultant, and later assigned in the Operations of Dyeing Section. She was also a Commissioning Engineer of Fabcon Philippines, Inc. in August 1995 – May 1999. During her employment, she handled the operation and management of the wastewater treatment. Her passion for teaching was ignited when she became a College Instructor at the De La Salle University of Dasmariñas, Cavite in June 1999 – March 2005 where she teaches both Physics and Chemistry to Engineering students. Her legal skills and expertise were put into work when she worked as a Legal Analyst at Sapalo Velez Bundang and Bulilan Law Offices Intellectual Property Division in February 2007 – October 2009. She is also a Plant Manager at Cleanway Technology Corporation. Lastly, she was the Head of the Logistic Division of United Graphic Expression Corporation in January 2012 – March 2013.

She is currently the Operations Director of EIGEL Management Consulting, where she leads the company's marketing activities. She also supervises the implementation of the contracts entered by the company. Lastly, she ensures that the team members are equipped and updated in training and workshops. Besides being the director, she is also an Independent Contractor and Licensed Financial Advisor.
