Reynaldo R. Villon is a certified public accountant who graduated from St. Paul University of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Master’s in Business Administration. He specializes in the review, preparation, and process of budgets and documents. Furthermore, He also has a keen passion for teaching.

He is currently a Senior Budget and Management Specialist in the Department of Budget and Management Regional Office in Carig, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, where he has worked since March of 2002. He was assigned to review annual supplemental budgets of provinces and independent component cities. He is also responsible for preparing the budget of National Government Agencies with regionalized appropriations and many more. Furthermore, he is also a part-time instructor of accounting and taxation subjects at St. Paul University and Cagayan State University

He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of CPAs in Education, Government Association of CPAs, Tuguegarao City Basketball Club, and Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas. Lastly, he attended a lot of training and seminars such as PhilGEPS Trainers Training Virtual Store, PhilGEPS Trainers Training course for Luzon, and Trainer’s Training on the Revised IRR of RA 9184.
